Commercial Window and Door Replacement and Installation
Our commercial work includes storefront glazing, restaurant and hospitality installations, gallery and retail builds, and custom window packages for developers and contractors. We work directly with business owners, architects, and general contractors.
Every project below was supplied and installed by our local team.
Elora Distillery (Elora, Ontario)
Upper-level window installation for the Elora Distillery, a heritage conversion project in downtown Elora. The installation required custom-sized units to match the building's existing masonry openings, with interior profiles suited to the exposed timber and stone aesthetic. A project where the windows had to disappear into the architecture rather than stand out from it.
Karger Gallery (Guelph, Ontario)
A full exterior glazing installation for Karger Gallery, a contemporary art gallery in Guelph. The project required large fixed and operable window units across multiple elevations, with frame profiles that matched the gallery's modern architectural language. Aluminum frames, dark exterior finish, precision-levelled across a wide facade.
Ayrshire Hotel (Elora, Ontario)
Commercial window installation for Ayrshire Hotel, featuring dark divided-lite units across guest rooms, bathrooms, lounge areas, and upper-level suites. The project required windows that matched the building’s refined interior details while bringing in natural light and maintaining a clean, architectural finish.
Working with Bavarian on Commercial Projects
Commercial installations have different requirements than residential. Larger spans, tighter tolerances, structural coordination, and sometimes phased scheduling to keep a business operating during the work. Our team has managed all of it.
We work with: restaurants and hospitality, retail and gallery spaces, mixed-use residential/commercial, new construction and renovation, and property developers and general contractors.
