Our windows are built on a 4.5” frame, as opposed to the industry standard of 3.25”. This 40% extra depth adds to the window’s dimensional stability and strength, reducing distortion of the window assembly and maintaining its air- and watertightness.

LESS FRAME
The higher strength of our microcellular PVC window construction allows for leaner profiles. You get to see more glass and less plastic in your window. Compared to a regular PVC window, that’s about 1.5” more glass per sash, in each direction.
MORE GLASS
Get a wider view with our structural window construction. Our integrated casement mullions are only 4.5” thick,
whereas on modular PVC windows mullions can get up to 7” wide. In an average 2-lite window, RevoCell windows have a glass surface that’s 20% larger than modular vinyl windows.
CLEARER
Glass is never fully transparent, especially with coatings. In multiple panes, that adds up to darker windows. We use clearer glass, with fewer metal oxides, so more natural light can come in. Our insulated glass units have 30% higher visible transmittance than many of our competitors.
